MICAPP is a system for sharing voice messages on social media; it consists of an app you can install on your smartphone (Android or iOS) to record voice messages and of this site that publishes them.
By using MICAPP, you agree to be bound by the terms of these contractual conditions which include the methods of processing personal data specified in the privacy policy.
You may not use the service to post content that is offensive, inappropriate, obscene, unlawful, illegal, or otherwise objectionable.
COMMERCIO E MARKETING DI GIMELLI HERMES reserves the right to delete any content it deems inappropriate without communication or explanations to the author; it also reserves the right to prevent, at its sole discretion, the future use of the service to a user.
We will use reasonable diligence and expertise in providing our services to you and keeping them in a safe, secure and error-free environment, but we cannot guarantee that they will always work without interruptions, delays or imperfections.

MICAPP is the exclusive property of COMMERCIO E MARKETING DI GIMELLI HERMES
The user is only granted the personal right to use the service.
The law applicable to the discipline and the interpretation of these conditions is the Italian law.
Any dispute will be settled by the Court of Milan.
These conditions are effective from 11.26.2022.
COMMERCIO E MARKETING DI GIMELLI HERMES reserves the right to update these terms and conditions whenever it deems appropriate.
