In its operation, the site records information about the users' browsing data (user's IP address, requested URL, source URL, date and time of the request) in the logs.
This information is encrypted within 24 hours of collection and stored for three months only to monitor the correct functioning of the site and the occurrence of any attempts to abuse it.
Following suspicions of abuse, the log retention period may increase.
On the site are stored, with the possibility for the user to delete them at any time, the audio recordings generated from any GMail/Facebook/Apple account, as well as the associated email, by using the MICAPPmobile app.

The user can delete all their data using the button in the top right of the "my recordings" screen within the app.
